    On average  , users spent EUR 939  on a company after they had found it in the Yellow Pages commercial search. And this  order value  has increased compared to the previous year, as determined by the current GfK study on the use of directory media. In contrast, those who became customers via a Google search only left 350 euros in store or paid for a service.

     

    This already makes it obvious that a company entry is actually a must. Of course, this applies in particular to the online entry. But even the printed edition is far from obsolete - whether for service providers, retailers, craftsmen, manufacturers or other companies of all sizes. The particular strengths are in the local and regional area.

    Yellow Pages has once again received the “ Germany's Best Online Portals ” award. Every year, the German Institute for Service Quality and n-tv want to know from consumers which providers are the most popular. In the survey of more than 43,000 consumers, YelloBusiness directory ranked second in the "business directories" category.
